My son has been seeing Dr Frand for over two years now. He is hands down the most attentive, caring and knowledgeable Physician I have come across. I wish he treated adults too, I would go to him. The entire office staff and the other Dr's are great too.
Dr. Frand is my favorite healthcare provider of all the providers that our family sees. He's always upbeat, friendly and welcoming. He sits in the little kid chairs in the exam room in order to be on the same level as them. He had the patience of a saint dealing with my daughter while she went through a phase of refusing to cooperate at appointments. The entire office is excellent and we are so grateful to be patients there.
Dr. Frand has been taking care of our 3 boys for almost 6 years now. He is funny and kind and they love him. He is very knowledgeable and thorough in answering all of our questions. I appreciate that he takes the time to make sure we understand what is going on with the kids and is not just interested in diagnosing and getting us out the door. He was patient with us as new parents and never dismissive of our questions. We have found him to be very trustworthy.
Dr. Frand is an amazing Pediatrician. He has been our provider for almost 8 years. His clinical knowledge and bedside manner are fantastic. Always listens, has tremendous knowledge and most importantly makes my kids smile.
After having a bad experience with another pediatrician, My wife found Dr. Frand at Focus on kids. We have been thoroughly impressed with the type of care the he and his staff have shown our family. Dr. Frand works around the clock for his patients. We're very happy to have him as all 3 of our children's Doctor!
Dr. Frand has been our daughter's pediatrician for three years. He has always been very forthright and great with our daughter. He always takes time to make sure our daughter is relaxed and not full of anxiety. He has proven to be very trustworthy and knowledgeable. We wouldn't go to anyone else.
We saw Dr. Frand for the first time today. I found him condescending and patronizing. When asked direct questions, he was evasive and dismissive. Not impressed and will not be using him again. Other staff, including the PA, were very friendly and helpful so will likely stay with practice but never schedule with him.

I have 3 kids and have been taking them to Dr. Frand since they were born and they are now teen/pre-teen. He is fantastic with the parents and kids. He also tends to look for the horse rather than the zebra when it comes to illness. Meaning, he doesn't unnecessarily run tests and give meds and cause a panic -- he identifies the most probable cause and goes from there. He has also been a fantastic advocate when working with specialists. I love the fact he offers a real opinion.
Dr. Frand is one of the best pediatricians that I have ever encountered. He is very kind, honest, and takes time to explain things.
