I Had a pleasure to meet with Dr. Marchiano to discuss my father’s health condition as my father doesnt speak English. Doctor is just hands down the best doctor I have ever met. He is empathetic, and knowledgeable. He did not rush the appointment at all, and he asked further questions to identify if there is potential risk of elder depression in my father. Doctors are awesome but front staff never answers calls, they will pick up 1 time after literally 100 calls. Very hard to reach to the doctor. I never right reviews, writing this time only so that doctors read it and try to fix the situation.
Dr Marciano is one of the few doctors that I work with that doesn't suffer from a God complex. He is caring and empathetic.
His front desk assistants are the most rude women I have ever encountered, I couldn't even get through to see the doctor because they won't allow you, the woman transferred me while I was talking, they made me have an anxiety attack, and I'm almost out of my inhaler and I have a pinched nerve and I don't know if I need surgery or not and they say on the phone with a smart voice like it was funny and continued to run me around in circles and not schedule me.
