My husband was referred to Dr. Rezian. He was given and appointed date and time on paper. He called to confirm and give them his personal info. The day of the appointment, he shows up to the address they gave him on his paperwork, on time, and the building is empty and abandoned!! He calls the number and they said oh yeah we moved and gave him the correct address :/.. he then proceeds across town, to the "new" location and NO ONE is there!! He then waits for 45 minutes for someone to show
Office visits! That's all that matters. That's how they make their money. Get them in, get them out. Very hard to reach someone and when you do they aren't friendly or helpful. Not many Rheumatologists in the area but worth looking for a different one.
He is an amazing Doctor. Very kind and compassionate.
Dr. Rezaian was great, HOWEVER, trying to speak to someone in the office, is like trying to get ahold of the Pope! ...... everyday since I last saw the Dr. 1 month ago, I have tried calling the office to ask about getting a prescription filled. Their voicemail ALWAYS says "the office is currently closed"!. Then when you try to dial any number during the recording to see if you can actually speak to someone, they also have voicemail messages & ask you to leave a voicemail!
Dr. Rezaian is the best doctor that I have seen for rheumatology & internal medicine issues. He truly cares about his patients and takes time to listen to me explain my health problems. I highly recommend Dr. Rezaian.
I give Dr. Rezaian a 5+ Stars. I have been to many rheumatologists before I found Dr. Rezaian. He is fantastic at listening to what I have to say and how I feel. He’s the only one that will talk to me in a manner that I understand and not get overly technical with me, and takes his time with me. I always ask for early morning appointments to make sure I don’t wait long to see him. The staff and getting the preauthorizations for medicines, on the other hand, get negative stars.
I think Dr. Rezaian is a pretty extraordinary person, a very knowledgeable and compassionate physician and a dedicated advocate for his patients. I have seen a lot of doctors in my time, but only a couple like him. I have only had to wait a long time once, but it didn't bother me because he always takes his time with me and I feel heard. It is hard for me to imagine some of the scenarios in other reviews, but not everyone is going to be on the same wavelength with everyone they encounter.
I was apprehensive about going to see a rheumatologist. But Dr. Rezaian was so friendly and knowledgeable. I am so grateful to be a patient now!
I've had nothing but good appointments with Dr. Rezaian. The wait is sometimes a little long, but it's like that for any speciality doctor. He takes his time with his patients. I don't mind waiting a little longer if I can tell he's giving his full attention to one client at a time. I haven't had to ask for pain medicine yet, but know it might be hard because of the drug epidemic in Martinsburg, but he always listens to my complaints and I feel like I'm working with him.
