Doctor will not call you back. not in the office when they say they will be. horrible service. avoid this doctor at all cost!

Have been a patient for 2 yrs, but will be seeing a new Doctor. Office staff are horribly rude. Will not return voicemails or get messages to the doctor. After not receiving one of my required meds for a month( due to needing an updated prescription from special pharmacy , which even they could not get anyone to return calls or respond to faxes). He seems to be a very good doctor. He is very attentive and listens to your concerns. However I have been in the waiting room for an hour and a half and in the exam room for 30 more minutes and have still not seen a doctor yet. This is beyond crazy and unacceptable. Also the staff never answered the phone and they don’t returN phone calls. He’s a great doctor but the other issues need to be addressed.

Dr. Rezaian is the absolute best Rheumatologist & Interal medicine doctor I have seen! Over 30 years of swollen joints and pain & Dr. Rezaian found my ailments and prescribed meds that have helped me dramatically. I’m so grateful to have been referred to him! He has been my doc going on three years and I trust him. My husband trust’s Dr. Rezaian totally amazing because he does not trust most doctors! The wait time is long but it’s totally worth the wait. I only gave Dr. Reziain a 4 star because his office is busy. Other than that, I’d have given him a 5. He is very patient, gentle and caring. Answers questions and explains things well.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rezaian for several years. I can assure you that if I didn't have total confidence with both he and his staff I wouldn't have been after many years of being treated by hacks. Both the staff and Dr. Rezaian have always taken the time to answer my questions and to help in any way possible. Yes sometimes it does take awhile to get through on the phone but that is because they are helping everyone the best that they can. His office staff is pathetic good luck getting a call back. They don’t have any organization at all. Wait time is 1 hour at least in office. I liked the dr seems knowledgeable but the rest of it is not worth the trip.

Dr Rezaian is the kindest and most compassionate rheumatologist I have had the pleasure of being a patient with. He is very knowledgeable and helpful on many levels of psoriatic arthritis treatments. He helped me with long term stomach issues that several physicians had misdiagnosed.
