Dropping from 5 Stars to 1 Unacceptable Front Desk Service I am forced to change my rating from five stars to one due to the shockingly rude and hostile behavior of the front desk staff. The Russian-speaking woman who sits on the far left is unresponsive, unhelpful, and yells aggressively, often in Russian, instead of assisting patients. She demonstrates zero ability or desire to resolve issues and lacks basic customer service skills. Never ever I will go to this office! Unresponsible customer service and treatment!!! Doctor cares about your payments not treatment!
Dr. Lieb recently performed a procedure on my family member. He and his staff were wonderful! The doctor explained everything to us in an easy to understand manner. He and his nurses, especially Terry, took great care of us and were kind and respectful with a good sense of humor. We felt safe in their hands. I recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate GI doctor.
