Dr. Lieb is a very good doctor. This review has nothing to do with his medical care. This is about the front desk and management — specifically Zoya and Fran. Absolutely disgraceful behavior. Zoya is rude, hostile, and talks to patients like they’re a nuisance. Every time I called to ask a simple question about insurance authorization, she acted irritated and angry that I even dared to contact the office. Dropping from 5 Stars to 1 Unacceptable Front Desk Service I am forced to change my rating from five stars to one due to the shockingly rude and hostile behavior of the front desk staff. The Russian-speaking woman who sits on the far left is unresponsive, unhelpful, and yells aggressively, often in Russian, instead of assisting patients. Never ever I will go to this office! Unresponsible customer service and treatment!!! Doctor cares about your payments not treatment!
Dr. Lieb recently performed a procedure on my family member. He and his staff were wonderful! The doctor explained everything to us in an easy to understand manner. He and his nurses, especially Terry, took great care of us and were kind and respectful with a good sense of humor. We felt safe in their hands. I recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate GI doctor.
