My boys have been going to this office for quite some time and they love it. The staff is always so courteous and personable. My oldest son chipped his front tooth and they were great about fitting him in and matching everything to his original tooth color. They also don't push extra procedures off on you that end up costing a lot of money. My family has been very pleased.
One word....NIGHTMARE. Do yourself a big favor and find another dentist office. Extremely unprofessional.
