My family and myself have been patients at this practice for 22 years. My son recently had to wait for 3 weeks to have the appropriate inhaler script sent to the pharmacy, which I had to call the insurance company myself and find out what I appropriate replacement would be and also go to the office directly in order to have the script sent after the doctor had been alerted for over a week. My sister is a patient here. Dr. was booked so she saw the P.A. who diagnosed her with a hernia but also wanted an x-ray of her hip due to her having a certain cancer. There is no way this was a hernia as the P.A. stated and I don't have a degree! She could NOT walk, lift right leg, in terrible unbearable pain. Certainly not symptoms of a hernia even though pain was in groin area. X-ray showed hip fracture due to her cancer. I certainly don't want her seeing the P.A. again!!!
