They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.

They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
