From the moment I stepped into Michael J Toole Dentistry, I was impressed by how clean and nice their office is, creating a very welcoming environment right away. Have been using this dentist for years, and have always felt comfortable. The same staff members have been there also so it's great to see familiar faces each time. His new location is beautiful too.
I was "very" relieved to get him. He doesn't use the dental chair to try and sell me extra things I don't need or try to do work that doesn't need to be done. He comes in, does what he needs to do and he is on to the next patient. His office staff are super nice. When I came to him several years ago, I had another dentist that was trying to get me to have 2 crowns done. He checked my teeth out thoroughly and I had no need for even a filling. I am very adamant about keeping him as my dentist!

I was referred to Dr. Toole by a co-worker. Dr. Toole said I needed a root canal. He did this procedure in 2 appointments. I had never heard of this procedure being a two step procedure. When i went back to get my crown, he was working on my root canal and then I heard a pop in my tooth. He informs me my tooth cracked and he needed to extract it. I had to get my refund for the partial root canal in which the office sent me in circles on, in addition to losing a tooth.Terrible experience!!!

Absolutely the best!! I was treated swiftly! I had a dental emergency and the Dr and staff treated me like I came in on an ambulance! It was by far the best dental experience i have had. Thank You to the Dr. and the staff!! you guys were phenomenal!! Daniel Leibowitz
Half the time I come in, I see the dentist that started the practice before Dr. Toole took over, Dr. VanTuyl. Dr. Toole is not very friendly, and spends little time with his patients. I have a coworker who switched dentists because Dr. Toole (or VanTuyl, unsure which) got a drill head stuck in his tooth during a procedure, and was unable to get it out. My coworker now goes to the dentist who WAS able to remove it full-time.
