Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Did this pediatrician have good bedside manner and were they well-liked by your child? Yes, and my child loves them! Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first

Dr. Lemon is great, and so are the rest of the staff (best, gentlest nurses in NW Ohio, and that's my son saying that, whose gotten all his shots there). Highly, highly recommended -- takes the time to talk through things, is respectful and attentive with both adults and children, and obviously very competent. He has guided us through some really scary, tricky issues and we think the world of him.

Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time

They give my child exactly what he/she needs Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Does this pediatrician emphasize preventative care, such as child safety and nutrition? Absolutely! They gave me plenty of information about child safety and nutrition Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
