One thing I like about them, is that they always have at least one doctor or nurse practitioner as back-up support for when the pediatrician gets sick or is unavailable. I know someone will always be able to take care of my child. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. One thing I like about them, is that they always have at least one doctor or nurse practitioner as back-up support for when the pediatrician gets sick or is unavailable. Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

My child absolutely loves Michael Lemon, MD. They are so kid-friendly and act like my child's best friend. This doctor has great bedside manner. The waiting room had TV's, toys and magazines. It was pretty well-stocked and my child did not get bored. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Does the pediatrician over-treat your child for simple ailments? Not at all! They give my child exactly what he/she needs Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? There is no comparison!
