I'm the person who likes to be called Sherry. Your office was a great experience. I loved the way each room is decorated differently. Wonderful idea to feature your kids and to have family photos everywhere. The staff could not be more helpful. The post-op instructions could not have been clearer. The follow-up phone calls from Dr. Huether and staff shows how much you care about your patients. One of my neighbors will be coming to you for Mohs on his nose, Doug Mulvanny. He's lucky.
I was more than impressed with Dr. Huether and his staff. They were professional, courteous, and caring. They responded to phone calls promptly and reviewed any instructions that i was unclear about. Dr. Huether himself responed to an after hours phone call from me. He was as nice as he could have been and didn't make me feel like I was imposing. Dr. Huether’s warm demeanor puts you at ease. He tells you exactly what is going to happen. It gives you a feeling of confidence to know how skilled he is In his field.

Absolutely top notch. One of the things I look for is the behavior and professionalism of the staff. If the staff is sloppy, it means the doctor isn't paying attention. If that's true there's a high probability that the doctor won't pay attention to you either. Dr Heuther goes out of his way to keep you informed and to give you his best advice. Here's one for you - after a recent skin cancer surgery, he actually called me at 9PM on the day of the surgery to see how I was doing.
