No Results with Smart Lipo – I used Dr. Nikolaidis for a smart lipo procedure about 8 months ago. I got absolutely no results from it and I have two indentations on my inner thighs that look like hollow spots. I called the office, and they told me most results take about 6 months to be noticeable. This surgery was a scam and I paid 6000.00. Rude Service from the front desk girls and no results from the surgery itself. I really want my money back or a real result but do not want to deal with such rude people.

Great Dermatologist! – You know you're at a good doctor's office when the staff is friendly & organized. This also reflects on the Dr. himself. Dr. Coverman sees me for atypical moles. He's professional & considerate. I love his aggressive approach to remove anything that looks suspicious. He's the best!

Our family dermatologist – If you want an effective skin check for cancer, he is the doctor to go to. The full body check (removing your clothes) is necessary to check for any possible suspicious moles (skin cancer occurs many times where the sun does not shine). I would rather be safe than sorry and have a complete check. He has also followed my psoriasis and rosecia for years and has worked with to develop effective therapies. My daughters and husband also have been followed for acne and mole checks and we consider him to ... read more

Salesman First, Then a Doctor – My experience with Dr. Coverman was that he was an unpleasant man whose primary interest was always getting my money and getting me out. It was very hard to have a two-way conversation with him; he plugged his procedures and his products and it was a struggle to make him listen to questions and concerns. He never got to the root of my problem so his high-priced treatments did nothing for my skin, while all along he kept insisting he saw improvement when there was clearly none. I finally wised ... read more

Super Doc – I have sufferred with psoriasis primarily on my hand for the past 14 years and have seen numerous dermatologist for some type of long term relief only to be told there was nothing they could do other then give me a cortisone shot and Rx for ointment. The cortisone shot would take about 10 days to clear up the psoriasis. Problem was in a few weeks is would return and it's harmful to take those shots within of 90 days of each and over a prolong period of time. About 5 years ago I was lucky enough to find Dr. Coverm... read more

Aggressive regarding melanoma/skin cancer – Dr. Coverman saved my life. While seeing him for anti-aging/vanity purposes, I decided on a whim to show him moles on my back and forearm. While he was not overly concerned about either, he decided to biopsy both lesions. The small one on my arm turned out to be malignant melanoma. Now, this melanoma did not fit the typical ABCDE's of melanoma, and his comment at the time was "I don't think it is a melanoma or anything"...but his aggressive approach regarding biopsies saved my life... read more

Don't ever go here – Not only did they take forever to get me into my appointment, they herded me in like the rest of the cattle. A medical assistant came in and numbed my face prior to my Botox treatment. She was really nice but seemed distracted. 10 minutes later another person stepped into the room and tried to do my Botox without my knowledge. She stated that the Doc was busy! How rude! I was in a rush so I let her do it, too bad I wasn't numb in some areas.

Lupus?/Rosacea? – I have been battling skin problems for quite some time. Some doctors have told me that I have lupus-like symptoms. I have the red butterfly on my face. I break out in blisters. I have a rash under my arms and on my stomach. I have dry itchy skin behind my ears. I was referred to Dr. Coverman by a lady that works in cosmetics at a Neiman Marcus cosmetic counter. Dr. Coverman wanted to find out what was going on with me. He was concerned. He understood the embarrassment I felt. He knew that I was depressed be... read more

New options for Acne that we had not been offered before – I took my son in for an appointment with Piiper Allen for his acne. We had been to a couple of other dermatologist in the area but without much success. Upon arrival I was a little confused because they have two offices and we went to the one downstairs but that is just for cosmetic. The staff was very friendly and actually walked us to the elevator and gave us directions from there. Once in the right place the lobby was very full (which I guess is a good thing-right... read more
