Lump on my eye and Dr. Welsh ordered a CAT scan. He was going on vacation but assured me they would not let me be in pain. Close to 6 weeks later and the nurses (2) give me their opinion on the CAT. Tell me the doctor will remove “maybe” in what would be one week from now and then ghosted me for 8 days so far. The lump is now so big and heavy it’s falling down to my eyeball and effecting my vision and sleep from the pain. I am devastated.
I was on time (early) for my appointment, put in a room at my appointment time, and seen for the first time 40 minutes late. I believe I was the first. He spent less than 5 minutes with me, walked out, went to see another patient, came back to me for another couple minutes, then was done. Wants me to have further testing (which will be done at their office but they couldn’t schedule for me when checking out) and another appointment to finalize (so 3 co-pays instead of 1).
