In my 42 years of interacting with countless medical personnel, this entire office of professionals holds the cake! If you're considering scheduling an appointment I would encourage you to do it with this doctor, as I'm certain you'll experience what I have since going there. Patients are actually heard and respected in this office!
The receptionist is extremely kind, compassionate, and a veritable professional! Every staff member conducted themselves in such a highly respectful and kind manner! The entire experience I had yesterday has truly restored my faith in the medical community as a whole! Dr. Drelles is an amazing doctor and human. I felt like he always listened to me and what I wanted/needed. He was willing to allow me to try many different options and even helped me find another doctor while I was pregnant in order for me to continue my injections in an alternative way.
