Responsive; highly regarded surgeon; excellent staff.
Dr Callahan and his staff are truly amazing. His care and compassion are sincere and he is the best in this most difficult field of medicine. I feel blessed to still be seeing him yearly 8 years post surgery and treatment for stage IV ovarian cancer.

He only sees his patients at the 1st visit. He cuts virtual incision. He removes as many lymph nodes as he can find regardless of cancer grade.Dr. L sees his patients post surgery, she's awful!!
Dr. Callahan and his staff are exceptional. He is very compassionate and takes time to listen to any concerns and questions I have. His nurse, Amy is top-notch when it comes to scheduling treatments, referrals, labs, whatever. They always return phone calls and address issues in a timely manner. I am so glad my ovarian cancer treatments are being monitored by this group.
A very thoughtful physician. Truly cares about his patients and shows he cares, even when the outlook is terrible. He has a fantastic bed-side manner, and knows how to properly communicate with his patients and their family. He is very busy, but certainly well worth it. His nurse is also great, attentive, and helpful.
Dr. Callahan is an amazing man as well as doctor. From the from the first phone call to the follow up visit everyone treated me like family ( The kind you like ). Dr. C was so kind and made me feel relaxed. He checked on me frequently after my surgery and was able to get me in earlier than expected. I actually felt like my brother was looking after me. I CANT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS MAN! THANK YOU FOR TAKING GREAT CARE OF ME!!!
A very kind, friendly, gentle, and capable doctor. He is very busy, so be prepared for a short wait. He is very gentle during exams particularly when you're experiencing pain. Answers questions without hesitation. When you have an aftercare visit, he and the treatment team look at what's going on with you and discuss your case. Excellent communication between all members of staff. I highly recommend.
