Dr. Michael Binstead has been my dentist my entire life (I'm 28). He has always been nothing but kind, respectful and good at what he does. His longtime receptionist Shelly (I believe) was incredible, remembered every face and was always a plus to visiting. Now that she's gone, the newer receptionist has filled in those shoes and is incredibly friendly and positive. I had my first appointment at Haultain Dental this week as a new patient. I received the best cleaning I’ve ever had and had a very positive and informative review of my teeth with Dr. Binstead. My appointments were easy to book and the receptionist was very helpful and kind. I would recommend Haultain Dental for anyone searching for a warm and welcoming dentist for themselves and their family.
I’m in my late 50s, Dr Binstead is the best dentist l have ever had. I drive 70 minutes to see him.
Dr. Binstead is a great and very friendly Dentist. However, the receptionist does not seem to have any sense of hospitality. I decided to seek another Dental care service provider and left. Dr. Binstead responded to my feedback about the behavior of the receptionist and he made it look like that it is a scheduling issue. I advise Dr. Binstead to read the unpleasant experience that other clients had with the receptionist.
