Dr Turner addressed my concerns immediately. Explained everything and was very sensitive to my needs. My procedure was quick and painless. I highly recommend him!
Informative - answers and asks questions. Efficient - doesn't waste patient's time. Congenial - very pleasant, seems to be genuinely interested in the patient as a person. Knowledgeable - always explains what he's doing and why. Proactive - lets the patient know what they need to do on behalf of their own care.

If there is a problem he addresses it immediately and gives you your choices that are available to you the patient as to how and what the remedy is to fix the problem.
