He was excellent with my grandson who is 12. We really liked him. Chairside manners were excellent.
First off Dr. Lloyd had an excellent rapport with my 15 year old son and explained things really well while we were there. Sadly, this is where communication ended. Dr. Lloyd ordered and EEG and MRI to understand where we are with my son's epilepsy that he has had for 8 years. Trying to get results has been very frustrating. I had to call the office MANY times over several weeks to get someone to call me back with results and ended up just talking with an MA who couldn't answer any specific questions about medication dosage ... read more
Wasted 90 days of my time with this clinic. Dr. Lloyd was not helpful and P.A. Garver was a total waste of time. I got more help for my son from a pediatrician at Alpine Pediatrics in one visit then the 90 days spent at IHC Pediatric Neurology.
