Philadelphia Eye did a very thorough suite of tests on my eyes, which took a substantial amount of time. Dr. Abendroth took the time to explain all the results, and also to answer all my expressed and unexpressed questions (about cataracts, the progression of my need for stronger reading glasses as I age, peripheral vision, and retinal health.) We felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of from the moment we walked in. The staff were all super kind, attentive, and just had great energy. For a first-time visit, it was surprisingly calming — honestly, I almost didn’t want to leave (which feels weird to say about an eye appointment, but here we are).
