Dr. Rauh was very conpassionate and knowledgeable with my orthopedic injury. He had patience whenever I had a question and made sure that I knew he was with me through every step of my surgery and recovery. I would refer him to anyone.

I first saw PA Talia for shoulder pain. She ordered a MRI suspecting rotator cuff torn tendons . Dr. Rauh explained that I had torn tendons and needed rotator cuff surgery. He was very thorough explaining procedure to repair the problem. Once in surgery it was much worse than MRI had shown. Dr Rauh ended up having to repair my bicep and 2 completely torn tendons and removed spur. I had physical therapy and now after 10 months I have almost full motion back in my shoulder. I have been going to Dr. Bagnall for several yrs. he is kind, considerate, professional and caring. He is always mindful if you are having pain. he is a compassionate Dr and I highly recommend him and his staff. they are all caring people.

First impression seemed that I was going to has a difficult time with him but after 10 minutes I realised he is a no nonsense doctor and has to deal with people lying which may explain the impression I got at first. Liked him overall and he gave me really good guidance. Better then anyone else did. Not the doctor you want to see if your not legitimate I feel he would sort you out fairly quickly.

Dr. Bagnall is the best most understanding and thorough doctor i have seen in 20 years. He takes the time to educate his patients about all aspects of their care. For the first time I feel "safe" in his hands as my doctor. I highly recommend him. Its a bonus that he has great office staff too.

Dr. Bagnall was terrific. Professional & very knowledgable, he patiently answered all of my questions regarding my foot injury. Rather than order unnecessary tests he prescribed rest, PT & home treatment, which makes sense considering where I'm at. Thanks for the help & insight!
After viewing my shoulder CT, Dr Rauh clearly and thoroughly explained the issues with my shoulder and what my options were. When I finally admitted I needed the surgery, Dr Rauh again clearly and thoroughly explained everything that would happen before and afterwards.
