Dr. Rauh is a wonderful surgeon. He not only corrects the problem but he follows up and genuinely cares about his patients.

Dr. Rauh has performed both knee and shoulder surgery on me. Both resulted in very good outcomes. Recovery time from the knee surgery seemed like a couple weeks. Recovery from the shoulder surgery is still ongoing after ten months, which Dr. Rauh told me would be the case. My shoulder range of motion is very good, strength is coming back.

I have seen Dr. Rauh for a rotator cuff surgery and just recently for a meniscus tear with arthritis in the knee as well. Appointment scheduling is reasonable, his office staff and PA's are outstanding. Dr Rauh spends the time needed during visits, he listens to me, accepts my position on medicine, offers excellent advice as well. My shoulder surgery was a huge success! Highly recommend.

I tore my rotator cuff and some tendons. pain was almost unbearable. dr. raugh performed the surgery. unbelievable results. I have full range of motion and been back to work no restrictions. I followed his and therapist instructions to the tee with amazing results. If you any shoulder or joint pain or damage do yourself a favor and call ub md orthopedics. office visits fast and curtious. I know I will go back if I need them. thanks again dr Raugh

Dr. Rauh, Talia and the rest of the staff at UB Ortho provided an excellent overall experience. Dr. Rauh thoroughly explained all of my options and expected outcomes. He answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable with my decision. 10 months post-op and I have ZERO pain and full use of my shoulder. At all of my follow up appointments Talia has provided the same level of excellent care. She is knowledgeable, and was attentive to my questions and concerns. Dr. Rauh diagnosed my knee injury and performed ACL reconstructive surgery. He answered questions directly and shared all of the various options as well as his recommendation and the rational behind it. In this way he left the choice to move forward with surgery clearly as my decision. The office visits were handled in an orderly and efficient way. The surgery was successful with a minimal amount of scarring and swelling. His staff was also courteous and diligent (Mary / Talia). Would highly recommend.

Dr. Rauh and his team provided excellent care. I appreciate Dr. Rauh's involvement in research and teaching in addition to surgery. He is straight forward in sharing statistics on the outcome of surgery and provides follow up to keep your rehabilitation on course.
