Dr. Rauh did a great surgical job on my knee! The office is efficient, clean, prompt and easy to get to. I am now cleared to go back snow skiing this winter! Dr. Rauh explained everything very well and showed me my issues on a diagram. I have been very pleased! Great doctor and staff!??
Dr was kind and compassionate and genuinely took the time to listen to how I was feeling.He was able to explain to me exactly what a torn rotator cuff is and why it was important to repair it. I found caring qualities with Dr Philip Stegmann that is a rare find. The visit was exceptional I am so happy to say that my primary care dr sent me to the best. Great team
Dr Rauh is kind, friendly and has excellent communication skills. He took the time to explain, with drawings, of my shoulder injuries. Surgery went very well and my recovery is far better than I expected.
I have been a patient of Dr. Bagnall. He is the only provider I have seen (after trying many different disciplines and specialties and who suggested various modalities over at least 15 years) who suggested a solution that was appropriate to treat my neck pain and sacroiliac joint pain. He is knowledgeable, he listens, and the treatments were highly successful. His staff is professional and kind. I would not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.
He is passionate about the the care of his patients, he works with you to make sure that you have the best possible outcome.
Although I'm not happy to visit doctors offices in general, Dr. Bagnall's office is a different story. The staff is pleasant and professional. Dr. Bagnall is easy to talk to and ALWAYS on time. He also, takes care of my back pain.
The office receptionist was very efficient and pleasant. My wait time was 10 minutes. Hannah, the assistant reviewed all the meds, etc, and placed the MRI on the computer screen. Dr. Stegermann has an easy manner that put me at ease. He reviewed my MRI with me and explained the need for surgery. He described the procedure and used visual 3D objects that helped me visualize the process. I asked questions and he his response was very helpful. I have scheduled my surgery.
