Professional, fast, and friendly service!!! Walking in felt and smelled niced. It's a very relaxing environment. I'm actually anxious around needles because of bad experiences. The tech was able to draw blood on her first stick. Checkin to walking out the door was about 30-40 minutes. I wasn't in the waiting room long at all. The nurse gor my vitals and Dr. Mia came right in afterward. I felt informed and as if my time was valued when I walked out of the office
Just had my annual checkup with Dr. Cowen. As usual the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Cowen alway’s listen’s and answer’s my question’s. Everything from the exam to the lab work went smoothly. I would highly recommend MiBella Wellness Center as they offer a variety of women’s and men’s healthcare need’s.
I arrive on time and early for all my appointments and I have to wait 20-30 after my appointment time to be called back. This in turn has me at my appointment longer than I expect. I would like to be seen at my appointment time and if they are running behind, I would like the receptionist to inform me so I can make the decision to reschedule or wait. Most times I have other engagements and it has me running behind.
I had my first appointment with Dr. Mia Cowan yesterday. She is wonderful! She listens well and explains everything to me in plain English, which is much appreciated! I now have hope that we are coming up with a good plan to carry me through my post-menopause years (which have been very rough up until now).
