I'm beyond disappointed in Mibella. I was notified today, after I couldn't reach anyone yesterday to give them my new insurance info that they will no longer be filing hormone therapy visits with insurance. We have to have these visits several times a year in order to have our hormones refilled. There will be a charge of $240 per visit instead of the insurance copay of $45. I'm 60 years old.
