Great group of staff and atmosphere. It sucks that their the only obgyn that needs to charge a patient for an office visit to go over blood work and/or request menopause meds when they can clearly see it in the blood work. Most doctors will call you in an Rx and not make you feel like you need to hear a sales pitch
The staff is very friendly, but it’s very hard to communicate with someone when you have a question or need help with anything. Whether it’s waiting for a callback from a nurse or a message back on the portal. It takes over a week or longer to receive a response from anyone.
The entire staff was very professional, helpful & friendly.
