Dr. Mcmains has always been thoughtful, prompt and kind. My daughter absolutely adores him and has been going to the same doctor since the day she was born.
I brought my son in and saw Erin, the NP. I had to repeat the timeline of my son's sickness repeatedly and she still couldn't get it accurately. She did not treat him and when I asked her again to give him medication to relieve him of symptoms, she said to come back in a week. She neglected my son's infection, lacked attention to detail, and was greedy by asking for him to come back to treat him at a later date. Dr. Mcmains and his entire office are AMAZING. Starting with his staff, they are caring and efficient both in person and over the phone, I typically end up speaking with Trisha, who is fantastic, but the whole front staff is wonderful. They are amazing about getting you in as soon as possible (which is normally the same day you call). The nurse practitioner Erin is so extraordinary.
