Dr. Mcmains has always been thoughtful, prompt and kind. My daughter absolutely adores him and has been going to the same doctor since the day she was born.
I brought my son in and saw Erin, the NP. I had to repeat the timeline of my son's sickness repeatedly and she still couldn't get it accurately. She did not treat him and when I asked her again to give him medication to relieve him of symptoms, she said to come back in a week. She neglected my son's infection, lacked attention to detail, and was greedy by asking for him to come back to treat him at a later date.
