If I could rate 0 stars I would .Mel you’re a terrible doctor you should retire . Your practice is based on Concentra needs and insurance payments .This guy gave me 1 % rating on a terrible motor vehicle accident that I am still trying to recover from .My whole body is messed up ,I really don’t know how he came to that conclusion ,taking too much of his own meds ?
