I had been a patient for a couple of years. She was about an hour away from me but my primary care doctor recommended her. She was nice enough although she was always too busy and didn't listen. Her office staff was/is a nightmare and on the incident which prompted me to leave was a medical complication caused by sloppy and unsterile technique from one of their medical assistants.
Dr. Crites-Bachert is incredibly knowledgeable, and takes the time to establish patient understanding. She is compassionate and respectful of patient priorities. I have never trusted a physician more!
