This Dr is absolutely amazing! I came with recurrent UTIs and she was thorough in her evaluation and gave me alternatives to treatment that no other docs have given-AND it completely resolved my issues! I just saw she is a PDX Top Doc, and I can see why! She is not only a great doc, but she CARES and has a wonderful bedside manner! I absolutely recommend her and her staff. I can’t imagine going anywhere else because I KNOW she will find the best way to help.
I went to go see Dr. Crites after she was recommended to me by my gynecologist. I didn't bother to look at reviews prior because of that recommendation. I really wish I had. She was cold, almost to the point of feeling very "fake", and any smiles from her felt very disingenuous and forced. She made me feel rushed and that my answers were taking up too much of her time. She also didn't explain things to me like procedures and why they were needed etc. It was a really upsetting experience.
My doctor recommended her, mostly probably because she’s in the area. She always seemed in a rush and i was always so tense in her office and talking to her. She probably saw me for less than 5min. She doesn’t make you feel comfortable at all and I was 19 having urinary problems and scared with anxiety all the time and she didn’t help make it feel easier. Don’t recommend if you’re looking for a doctor that actually cares.
Dr. Crites-Bachert is a warm, knowledgeable and personable doctor - I can't say enough great things about her!
Dr. Crites is very passionate about her profession. She is a very caring physician. Very attentative with her patients. She is an excellent surgeon and very caring. She listens and answers any questions that you have. I would recommend her very highly. She is wonderful.
I came here for a new patient office visit and the girls at the front desk were really nice. I also was impressed I didn't have to wait very long to be seen. When I first met Dr. Crites she seemed very nice and listened to what I had to say . Overall I felt very comfortable with her and would recommend her to any of my friends or family. I also like that I was told about all the of the treatment options and she made me feel like I wasn't alone in this and would get the help I need.
This provider is phenomenal! I have been so impressed with her thoroughness, positive attitude, and creative ways of finding treatment options for me. I came to her with embarrassment and depression over my condition, and immediately had hope when I saw her. She explained everything about the testing she needed to do, and testing proved what she initially suspected. Thank you for giving me my life back! I am now back to my old self and enjoying life again-AND I've told all of my friends!
Competent surgeon, but the overall experience has been horrible. All of the pretty young women at the front desk are courteous but seem miserable and to hate being there. The feeling is shared, I loathe this office. Dr herself always seems rushed, does not explain procedures ahead of time, and gets flustered when I make her digress from her prepared script. One foot is always out the door. No warning about painful in-office procedures. Keeps talking about totally unnecessary additional surgeries
I just left her office and I was so frustrated! Her bed side manor was awful, she didn’t listen to any of my concerns. The exam was quick and when I was in pain she was not at all comforting. I felt like she could of cared less of how I felt. I would not recommend anyone to see her.
