Dr Crites was very professional, listened carefully to what I was telling her. After being misdiagnosed twice, once in ER and again by another urologist she correctly diagnosed the condition, scheduled the necessary surgery and resolved the issue completely.
Dr herself was professional and explained what was going to be done and what I would feel during the op. Unfortunately the rest of the staff in the Kingman AZ office are rude and condescending.
From the moment Dr. Melanie Crites walked into the room she was short, snappy, rude, cold, and irritable. I was incredibly uncomfortable throughout the entire appointment. She did not take my pain seriously. She rushed through the appointment, was very unempathetic and unprofessional. My experience was profoundly negative and I will not see this doctor again. You will want to find a different doctor.
Visit was satisfactory. After visit results and communications were lacking.

When I said it hurt, she laughed and said her suspicions were right for what she was examining me for. My experience was profoundly negative and I will not see this doctor again.
Amazing Dr. She listened well, was friendly, and professional. She did a wonderful job on my kidney stone surgery. Absolutely recommend.
She did a rectocele, which failed. Also, a sling and mesh insertion. Too sure of herself. Slightly annoyed when I continued to ask same question. Wanted to do a hysterectomy, which I declined. Most painful surgery I ever had. Potential to be good dr..
Dr Crites-Bachert put me at ease and spent time asking questions and listening to mine. We are still trying to determine a course of action and I trust her explicitly.
I visited Dr. C and I have to say that she was personable and took her time to explain my procedure to me and the various options. I appreciated her bedside manor and her smile. So far she has done a great job in helping with my fears.
