Was my first time, I was nervous, but everyone was super friendly and nice. Dr. Ona also had a video to show, what to expect on my procedure. That took away my worry of not knowing, what to expect. So if you need your procedure done. I recommend this place. And so you were allowed to eat the day prior, but low fiber and in my case I didn‘t mind the drink it didnt taste that bad. It tasted like hydration drink a little salty but not bad tried to drink every 15 mins.. with a mint candy..
Dr. Mel Ona has been my G.I doctor for 2 years. He is also a 2nd generation physician with an impeccable reputation. I found him to be highly personable, professional & knowledgeable. His staff are friendly, caring & professional as well. Sadly enough, It’s so challenging to find a specialty doctor and practice that TRULY puts the patient first, and gives you great continuity of care.
Made me feel comfortable Procedure was quick and they even let me watch.
Very unprofessional . I’ve been having gut issues for years . I saw this doctor 2 years ago and all he did was give me a colonoscopy . No follow up really . Now granted it’s hard for me to get around so part of that is completely on me . But when I followed up with him on the phone he was no help at all . He didn’t even do stool samples ?
