The entire staff are rude and evil including the Doctor. I gathered the Doctor appears to be lunatic. Except one of the staff member Ellena helpful, that is relatively speaking. T
I had an appointment with her. She made me feel as if I was an inconvenience. She was very, very rude. Heartless didn’t show any interest in listening to what I had to say pretty much called me an idiot when I wrote down medication, I normally take, but had stopped taking it due to being pregnant. By far the worst doctor I've ever encountered. She made me feel judged and belittled for currently being unemployed. She also treated sensitive medical information unprofessionally. She shouldn't be allowed to interact with other human beings.
She is more concerned about how often she can get you back in the office than listening to concerns, answering questions, or treating patients thoroughly.
She Is a caring doctor and always listens to what I have to say. She is family practice so she can do my well women exams also which is great for me. The office staff is friendly and helpful.
I visited for the first time as a new patient after moving to the area and looking for a new PCP. I'm not sure what the negative reviews here are about, but I had a hassle-free experience. I called to make an appointment and they told me there was availability for me to come in right then. After a 30-ish minute wait (only long because I had to fill in the patient intake form) I was in the room.
