Office Staff member named Tina is EXTREMELY rude, uncaring, unsympathetic, and a few other expletives I could throw in here!!! But then again, as she said, that's my opinion! If you have to talk to her run the other way!!!! Would give her -5 stars alone if I could. Good Luck!

AVOID THIS DOCTOR!! The staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional, and the wait time can be as long as 2 hours.

Dr. Reheem has been my pain management doctor for approximately four years. Aside from possessing an in-depth knowledge of the physiology of pain, he has a good understanding of all of my chronic illnesses, despite the complexity of all of the illnesses combined. I have found him to consistently be kind and a doctor who really cares. His staff is professional, helpful, and caring as well.

This is the worst doctor I have ever encountered. He does not examine you, takes no more than 2 mins to see you, will not listen to your complaints or questions just gives you pain medicine and you are gone till next month. I have asked him for a plan for my pain and he was stumped. I'm now awaiting back surgery for severe chronic pain. He just wants to get his money and see more people and feed their drug habit. Has NEVER offered any help to correct my problem, called in for 2 weeks. STAY AWAY

It's all about the money to them, everybody gets a pill with no real medical help. You go in, you tell them what is wrong, no exam, you get handed a script and told "see you in a month" (repeat)....

Took my husband to an appointment this morning and the receptionist became very rude when he asked a simple question regarding his care and his overall appointment. The receptionist begins to yell at my husband for the entire waiting room to hear and he demanded his paperwork back. She slams it hard in his injured arm/hand without a care in the world. I grab my children to leave and she yells at them too as they said nothing to her. This is a very rude & unprofessional place!
