Was referred to this provider from my Neurologist. Called multiple times trying to get appt, they told me multiple times they hadnt received my referral. Then I told them the confirmation number, time and number of pages that it was sent, they finally admitted to having it and said they didnt call because they didnt take my insurance. They told me they dont take Cigna, I tried to let them know I dont have Cigna, that we just use their physician network. Like bouncing off Verizon towers. Rudest office staff I've ever dealt with in my 35 years of being in the medical field.
Painfully slow, routinely over an hour wait.
Have been a patient for awhile the only interaction form dr. Your taking ( medicine)Is it working no other interactions Renews prescription and that’s it no more than thirty second interactions Final straw last week sat in exam room for close to two hrs before rescheduling Returned today to sitinexamroom for thirty minutes dr not even in officeI would not recommend this dr to anyone and will be seeking other doctor

Waited two months to get in for sciatic pain, only to hear I'm a month late for the appointment when I called to verify the date/time this morning (2/6 2023). Return appointment card should have read 1/5 at 2:15, but it's clearly written as 2/5 at 2:15 (The office staff here were amazingly rude. It's extremely rare that I ever write stuff like this out btw. Perhaps they are dealing with rude junkies all the day long, but a little courtesy to the polite patients shouldn't be such a problem.) Dr Raheem’s office staff and his nurse are the rudest, uncaring staff I’ve ever come across. If you need pain management, I would not go to Dr Raheem. I work in healthcare and his office staff and nurse don’t need to work in healthcare. This group doesn’t even deserve 1 Star. Thank you
