Booked an appointment to come here and asking for medical card before getting seen but they called me the day before and didn’t let me know I would need it until I got here so waisted my time and gas for nothing so now going somewhere else very unprofessional should have let me know in advance
Very caring and gentle;doesn’t over sell you
Family dental office, not a corporate owned chain, so they do not upsell. They begin to know you by name once you are there a couple of times. They do good work. Did I mention they do not upsell. Well, that is the reason I drive 30 minutes to this office, rather than visit an office corporate owned dental office 5 minutes from me. That place used to try to upsell be on newer filling to procedures. Went to this office and all they recommended was a good cleaning. I have all good things to say about my walk in visit. First I have a phobia of dentist and Dr. May E.Cruz and staff put me at ease and despite all my fears, made me feel like the whole procedure was being done by a trusting older sister. Thanks a whole bunches, muahhhh...
Came here for a second opinion. Dr Cruz is conservative and treated what needed to be treated. There was a significant different between her and the prior dentist I used. She was also quick and efficient. Very much appreciated coming here
