Dr DeShaw is very smart, responsible and kind. Explained my husbands infectious process and provided the goals that were met. Infusion center nurses were great and courteous. Front desk staff helpful and respectful. An all around great experience with the best outcome. I’m most appreciative of the total team.
Office staff is beyond horrendous and unprofessional. We’ve been trying to get in for a year. Finally was able to make an appointment in September for January. The day before they called with a reminder and a different doctor we had never heard of. The office manager claimed us she told us it would be with other doctor in September, but she did not. Dr. DeShaw has been my doctor for 10 years! He is the true definition of what a “Doctor”’should always be! Incredibly brilliant, listens, never rushes you, always compassionate but most important knows his patients and their history and understands the complexities of his specializations. Every doctor should take a page from him.
Dr. Deshaw is treating me for late stage Lyme disease and has been absolutely phenomenal every step of the way. He possesses a vast knowledge of the disease and tailored a treatment specific for my symptoms and needs. Everyone I deal with at the practice has been beyond helpful, friendly, accommodating and exceeded any and all expectations I had. The office manager Johanna, is absolutely amazing =)!! Dr deshaw was the only one that can find I had Lyme disease and spend time answering all of your questions. He listens to everything you describe to him and is innovated, up to date, and spends time with you.
