I have nothing against the doctor, but the customer service is horrible. On the day of my appointment, I waited for two hours to see the doctor for just five minutes. He ordered an MRI and instructed me to follow up with Yanet in 48 hours. I contacted her several times, but she informed me that the insurance was not approving the MRI. Haven’t had surgery done by him, but I had both shoulders done with Baptist and neither of them turned out well. He gave me a different perspective from my first post surgery visit, saw things in my MRI the radiologists didn’t.. I am going with Dr. Herrara to get me right again.
