Dr. O'donnell has been taking care of our son and daughter for 4 years now. She has always been caring, warm and very knowledgeable. We go for our annuals every year and our children look forward to their visits. Of course they don't love the shots, but the nurse is very experienced, calm and professional. She always asks about how they are doing outside of just medical care. We once had to contact her after hours and made us feel she was there for us and never like we were bothering her.
I did not understand why Dr. O'Donnell would position her body in a way to block my view while she examined my daughter's private area. I had to stand up, and then again move closer to observe what the doctor was doing on a routine check-up for my toddler. I changed pediatricians for this reason. Most pediatricians do the opposite of this! I was very alarmed!
