They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
I wouldn't think twice about sending my friends and family here. They are very good at what they do. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room. Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. They were polite enough, but I wasn't really impressed. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. MY main issue with Dr. Zanger is that he is very anti-contacts, so when i went in and described the problems I was having with my eyes, he was convinced that it was due to my contacts and basically said I couldn't wear contacts ever again.
