I had appointments with two doctors (hallux rigidus and a bone spur) before I saw Dr. Swick. One doctor recommended a joint replacement and the other recommended a fusion, both of which had long recovery times where you could not put weight on the foot. Dr. Swick recommended a cheilectomy which was minimally invasive and within 10 days or so I was doing quite well. I found Dr. Swick a little dismissive. First of all, the office was really weird about me getting X-Rays done outside.. they wanted me to repeat them in office even though I sent the results from a few days prior over prior to my appointment. Dr. Swick himself wasn't really helpful. Told me there was nothing I could do - no exercises, no physical therapy, nothing.. Didn't feel very thorough
Dr Swick is very competent. He is direct and specific in his explanations. Staff are very responsive to calls as is Dr Swick. I had a detached Achilles Tendon he reattached successfully
Dr Swick was great !! Professional highly recommend
Dr, Swick and staff are excellent! He fixed my broken leg and ankle and works with on residual pain. He is the best!
