My interactions with Dr. Robon and his staff have been pleasant and professional. Appointments were on time. They were up front about what my responsibilities were and what my expectations should be. Even though it was an L&I claim didn't feel like I was treated any different. Overall a very good experience with a traumatic hand injury.
Amazing outfit - runs like a well-oiled machine! Very efficient & clean, very pleasant staff and Dr Matthew Robon is extremely pleasant, very caring and thorough, presenting every detail of the problems and solutions in clear, concise layman's terms, as well as being, if I may add, film star good looking!
