Very thorough in exam - covered all options; no waiting time; quick appt
Dr Griffith has performed 2 surgeries each was successful. I had total shoulder replacement surgery in November of last year.. I can not say enough about the experience of the personnel in the office. I am 70 years old I was in so much pain before the surgery. I started PT at 4 weeks after surgery I completed by my 8 th week. I had very little discomfort after surgery I only used pain medication for 3 days. dr. griffith and his staff was polite and nice. he was very patient with me. i would recommend him to anyone.
Dr. Griffith was very warm and welcoming to me during my visit. My friend recommended him to me and I will recommend him to all of my friends going forward.
I saw Dr. Griffith for elbow tendinitis, and I was so impressed by the care I received. He took his time to explain my options, and worked with the front desk to fit me in for the follow up appointment. I had complete trust in him, and recommend him highly!
It is very difficult to get the appointment with real doctors in this facility, in an emergency. Instead of doctors they give an appointment to their Physician Assistants. PAs are not as knowledgeable as the real doctors like Dr. Griffith . PAs don’t explain about the problem and side effects of the medication . I have to take an appointment next day with a real doctor with different providers. It was painful 24 hours. Dr. Griffith is fine but you don’t get his appointment even if you are in acute pain.
Bad follow up from the office after MRI and blood results. The office did not bother to call me for 2 weeks after they received my lab results. Office charged my card over $500 and never even received a bill from the doctor. I had to follow up with my insurance. Terrible office follow up and infrastructure. I called the office on Tuesday 1/14/20 to ask for a statement of what they charged my credit card, because it does not match up with what my insurance explanation of benefits provided. Best doctor ever!!!!!!!
Dr Griffith is amazing. He is a kind, very caring doctor who I wouldn't hesitate to go to for any orthopedic problem. He has operated on my shoulders and biceps several times and I have always felt in very good hands. One bicep reconstruction involved taking a graft from a wrist tendon to rebuild the torn portion of my muscle. He prides himself not only in doing a professional job of the primary surgery, but he's taken classes in plastic surgery techniques and does his own skin closures.
