Friendly staff.
Most of the front desk people are extremely rude and have zero customer service. Particularly the ones who have worked there the longest: the heavy-set woman and particularly the old lady. They don't work; they just talk to each other. Very lazy and rude. And they are so unhelpful and unfriendly. Other than them, like the new girls and the doctor, everyone else is great! Oh, and the cost without insurance is $79 now.
I'm fairly certain this place has been stealing money from me. I had my examination done and ordered my contacts and paid for half of the total which was fine with them. When my contacts arrived and I went in store the lady tried to tell me that my total was $20 more than the receipt I received that day stated. When I asked why the lady at the desk apologized, removed it, and had no answer as to why the extra $20 was there. Thinking maybe it was just a mistake, I decided to order contacts again.
