Imagine a doctor with such hatred that they key cars. This could be dangerous for the treatment of patients and public health. It's best to stay away from that doctor.
I was dismayed to hear about Dr. Karlovsky's recent legal issues. He was arrested on April 2024 for allegedly being involved in a possible hate crime which is now subjecting him to felony charges. These allegations, if true, make me question whether I would receive fair and unbiased treatment and raise serious concerns about the ethical standards upheld by those responsible for our care. After a bladder injury I probably saw 15 Urologists but not until Dr Karlovsky did I feel I had found the right one. He has been my urologist now for many years and will be for many more. With Dr K you will find his knowledge, experience and bed sign manner are incredible. I never feel rushed and always feel comfortable to share my questions or concerns. Look elsewhere in our opinion. The lack of competency in the Front & Rear office staff is overwhelming and worrisome when we mentioned this to Dr Karlovsky he said the front office is new, and short staffed. For us….Now plan is to Find another urology practice.
The office was called on numerous occasions and phone calls were never returned. I had a procedure that needed follow up and they allowed me to fall through the cracks. I called the office and there was no voicemail available and no one to talk to. The doctor and his staff never followed up. I finally reached someone in the office and said that I would be complaining to Medicare and my insurance company about the quality of care I was receiving.
