The whole experience was awful. The receptionist was rude, impatient and stubborn. Dr. Chrycy told me my prescription was one thing in our appointment then the receptionist printed me a different one. Further, he claims that my axis, cylinder and sphere measurements all changed drastically from my current contact lenses prescription, which fit great. I'm planning to schedule an exam with someone else because I'm reluctant to purchase the wrong contacts. SUMMARY - STAY AWAY!

If I could give this provider 0 stars I would. This has been the worst experience with a professional provider ever. I had an appointment on 1/20, I thought with Dry Chrycy. When I arrived at the appointment it was not him but a female. She was nice enough. I explained to the DR that I wanted a comprehensive exam. I filled out all of the paperwork and said that I wanted my pupils dilated. That never happened as I was told it was not part of the exam. I also asked for prescriptions for c
