I have actually seen Dr. Burkart. I see a lot of doctors, having multiple chronic illnesses. Most of my experiences with the healthcare system in general are negative. Dr. Burkart is an exceptionally good doctor. He is exceptionally present, engaged, and respectful. He didn’t just do the minimum necessary to get me in and out. If I could rate a zero I would! I had an appointment set, but got caught in traffic, and was 10 minutes late. I notified them of this as well. I get there and am in the elevator, and they call and won’t see me! Seriously? Absolutely ridiculous that they could not in any way fit me in or even try! I spent 2 hours of my time and gas, and was turned away because of no fault of my own! I will never recommend this Dr. or their facility. Community is supposed to care, and I see no evidence of it!
