I came with foot pain and heel pain. The doctor took the time to listen to my symptoms, they took an ultrasound and x-ray the first visit. It was simple to get follow up appointments and communicate with the staff. I got costume insoles my pain and swelling has subsided. Thank You!
Thank you to the wonderful staff and doctors @ NJ Foot and Ankle Center. I came in for what I thought was a routine minor visit, and ended up having a procedure done in the office. The entire team was courteous and professional. You explained everything and provided over the top service. I will continue to recommend you. Thanks!
Terrible. Waited over an hour. Finally got into exam room and explained my concerns to the tech. She then took an ultrasound of each foot. Then said I would be seeing another doctor. I insisted on Dr. Brucato who finally arrived and had prediagnosed me before looking at my feet. She ordered x-rays of one foot. Then had foot wrapped. On follow up visit booked with her, she was not even in the office. Gave up. Was like being in a smiley, happy factory where no one really cared about the patients.
Not thorough, very quick and dismissive. Not to mention the office tried to give me two other doctors to see when I specifically asked for her. Long wait time and ignored with no apologies. Not going here again.
Early in treatment yet very pleased thus far!
