I started seeing Dr. Brucato about chronic ankle pain that was making it near impossible to walk for extended periods of time. Dr. Brucato helped advocate for the MRIs necessary to confirm a chronic deltoid ligament sprain in addition to multiple others. She then treated it with amniotic injection, which greatly reduced the pain and has allowed for physical therapy to regain strength. I am now able to walk normally again and I am grateful to have healed without needing surgery.
Dr. Brucato is an outstanding physician. She has an upbeat attitude and communicates in a clear, understandable, and direct manner. She inspires tremendous trust in her recommendations with this approach and I feel fortunate that she became my podiatrist. Around November/December 2020 - Jan 2021, when Covid numbers in NJ were high, the staff along with Dr. Brucato did not wear their masks when speaking on the phones despite the small office and the plexiglass doesn't cover their area nearly enough. One staff member didn't wear her mask in a tight hallway where patients have to pass. I emailed the doctor my concern and her reply (in writing in an email) was, "I'm sorry you feel that way." When I first come I was in a lot of pain. Every time I came it got better, little by little and today it is all better except for a little pain after sitting and then standing up. Thank you so much I really appreciate all the work you have done to help me
Saw Dr. Brucato after a visit to the ER who determined I had a broken fibula. Fought with ortho to get an appointment just for a follow up. I was recommended to Dr. Brucato’s practice by a family member, her practice gave me an appointment a week and a half sooner than the ortho. Super friendly and helpful staff, Dr. Brucato took X-rays and saw I needed surgery (mind you the ER missed that) my bone was broken in two places and I had the surgery that week. after suffering with a bunion for several years and visiting other foot and ankle specialists with no success, Dr Brucato suggested surgery to insert plates to correct my bunion. I am now healed with no bunion and no pain! Excellent Doctor and staff who were all caring and efficient even through the weeks of pandemic! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
I had an ingrown nail, which sounds stupid, but I literally couldn't walk. Dr Brucato's office gave me an appointment for the very next day, I got a simple procedure, and in just 3 days I was able to walk around just fine. She and the people in her office are a pleasure to be around!
After about 6 months of nagging foot pain, I decided to visit Dr Brucato's office in Clifton, NJ. Walked into a clean reception area with friendly staff and waiting 3-4- minutes before being taken into the exam room. Dr Burcato came in just a few minutes after my paperwork was done. She was very thorough, huge smile and really relaxing to be examined by. After a couple of x-rays, I received cortisone shots & my foot was bandaged. A week later I'm back for my follow up still pain free!!!
