She changed my life! She gave me my life back! I was in so much pain from the prolapse. I would recommend her highly to anyone. I have learned that women come from all over the country to go to her. I could never repay her enough! I work at a doctor's office and I will recommend all of our patients to her!
Meeting Dr Mutone was the single worst experience I've ever had with a doctor. She never cracked a smile, was cold and rude in a way I've never seen in ANYONE, did not listen to what I had to say and dismissed each of my concerns/symptoms. She created such a hostile environment I didn't feel comfortable asking questions or fully detailing my condition/symptoms. I was there for a surgery consultation for pelvic prolapse. My husband came with me. He was as shocked by her poor manner as I was.
Wow, she was so unbelievably rude and uncaring. She brushed off my problems. She answered my questions with very short uncaring responses. She was unfriendly, didn't smile once. I felt very put down. She was my 2nd opinion in this group so I don't know if they treat you badly if you go to another Dr. there. And I am over 70 so maybe my age. I have rarely been treated that bad by a Dr. Very disappointed.
She took time to cover all the options and explain what was going on with my symptoms. Answered my questions and asked to make sure I felt she had throughly covered everything. She had a cancellation so I was able to get in right away.
She was in and out of the room so quickly I hardly even had time to ask questions. She discounted all of my symptoms and blamed everything on the 1 drink with caffeine I drink each day. She was cold, rude, and did not listen to me or seem to care. Will never recommend her to anyone and will never see her again. Awful experience with her. The rest of the staff were friendly and attentive.
