Dr Mutone performed my hysterectomy surgery on May 24, 2023 and she is so caring and kind. I feel she is a true professional and has your concerns at heart. I am so thankful she took care of me.
Horrible experience!!! The horrible reviews I just read about her was the exact experience I had with her. Very flat affect, gives you a few words for a response considering this is an initial consultation. I will definitely let my PCP know about the horrible experience I had with this doctor. Did not even crack a smile the whole time ( which was a very short period) I was there . Star rating is required with this review , if I could just skip that I would !!
Dr. Mutone is such a professional. Very knowledgeable on women health and the supporting technology. She is a great listener. I cannot understand why others have given her lower rates. I had surgery due to prolapse. Preparation, surgery and recovery was great. She explains at all necessary levels (depending your interest). She took the time to explain the procedure to my husband. Extremely professional and great listener. I which all the best for her.
She did not want to hear my pertinent past medical history. She did not tell me what her findings were from my physical exam nor the urine retention scan that they performed before she even saw me. I wish I would have had the courage to stop the visit and leave but I kept hoping it would get better. It did not. She came highly recommended from a trusted physician, but I will be reporting back to her about my experience. I would never recommend her to anyone based on this encounter.

Absolutely one of the easiest physicians to talk to that I have ever encountered. Dr. Mutone took the time to explain all of my options and answers all of my concerns both before and after surgery.
I was prescribed a medication that caused an allergic reaction. As I checked online to make sure that this medicine was the cause, I saw that I was taking four medicines that were not supposed to be used with the medication Dr Out one prescribed. I also have a condition that made this medication unsafe. I called the office to tell them of my "allergic reaction" . No call back, no apology. Very unprofessional!
Absolutely the worst doctor I have ever been referred to. I have used community for years and have never ran into a doctor like her. It was like I was being interrogated by her line of questioning. I felt the need to defend myself as to why I believed I should be there. I left there feeling very upset by the whole experience. I will never see this doctor again and would definitely not recommend her to anyone. Overall a horrible experience.
