same experience with the staff. office manager is rude, arrogant, and customer-unfriendly. won't be going back either. Dr. Goldberg should know how his front desk is affecting people. He's a good dentist but they're losing business for him.
I have been to several dentists and Dr. Goldberg is very honest, professional and does a great job to make his patients comfortable. The aesthetics are not that great but it's the people that make an office warm and inviting
