I would like to thank Kristina, Julie and Dr. Lenoci for the great care they all gave me yesterday for an emergency visit. Toe nail removal was necessary from the prior day and they squeezed me in on a Friday!. From the phone call, checking in, treatment and walk out procedures were informative and efficient!! Thank you to all!!!!
Excellent! Very down to earth and this is the way it is Doctor.Staff was excellent especially Mia, for my first visit I was impressed.
If there was a way to give 0 stars, I’d have done it. Negligent, dismissive, chaotic and contradictory explanations and REMOVES the ‘care’ out of healthcare. Shut the door on my face as I asked for more insight on what he just told me after not even reviewing my xrays and not even giving me the chance to pull them up. Came in the room for 30-45 seconds or less. The first appointment he dug his thumb into my fractured lower fibula without warning and giggled when I said “that hurts”. Very good patient communication, and excellent completion of procedure.
Dr. Lenoci is backed up, and it takes a minute to get an appointment. He is personable, takes his time and explains your options. Highly recommend.
